Buying a piece

Search by brand, category, condition or emirate. Save favourites with the heart. Message the seller about sizing and condition, or make an offer in the conversation. Offers last 48 hours.

Selling a piece

Verify your email, choose Sell, add 1–8 of your own photos and complete the details. Price in AED and disclose defects. Manage your listings in My wardrobe. Listing and messaging do not require a trade licence.

Local collection in v1

Meet in a public place, bring another person if needed and inspect the piece. Never send card numbers, passwords or advance deposits in messages. Contact emergency services for immediate danger.

Reporting and blocking

Use the three-dot menu on a listing or conversation in the app, or Report on the website. Describe what happened. Block a member to stop conversations. Manage blocked members from your profile.

Delivery partners

We are researching Careem Express and UAE couriers for a future release. No courier booking, partnership or delivery price is active in v1.

Payments

SOUK X plans a 5% seller commission for supported card purchases. Private UAE seller checkout and payouts need a supported payment provider arrangement before activation. See Payments & fees in your profile for the current state.
